Senior Environmental Geologist
This Senior Environmental Geologist will serve as a technical resource for projects focused primarily on on-site characterization remediation.
Specific duties include:

Project management.
Project analysis and design.
Preparation of reports and bid documents.
Client interaction.
Construction oversight.
Business development.
Mentoring early career professionals.

Note: This position is hybrid remote with two to three days in the Lewisville office.

Requirements

B.S. degree (M.S degree preferred) in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science or related field.
10-15 years of experience in technical project work and project management.
Current P.G. license, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of start date
Experience with DOD projects and/or large federal projects strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
Experience managing performance-based projects and environmental projects with a construction component preferred.
Exceptional client management and business development skills.
Candidate must be able to work as a team member across technical disciplines, and must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, and budgets, project management and quality standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with federal/state/local agencies on regulatory requirements.

Salary & Benefits

Target salary range = $90,000 to $140,000, based on relevant expertise and capabilities. Some flexibility is possible, as warranted.
